No. We also retail kitchen products like sinks, hobs, hood, oven along with ceiling fans and lighting fixtures.

Hupfarri is the main distributor of OttO which is a local Singapore brand. Their products are specifically tested for quality assurances and they have been in Singapore since 2006!

OttO products are mainly manufactured in China with cartridge and some spare parts made in Europe (Hungary and Spain) and Asia (Korea). OttO has a strong quality assurance team that ensures each product satisfies its strict requirements.

Products are exchangeable as long as the items had not been installed, packaging is not damaged, condition is as brand new. Proof of purchase is intact and all relevant items are accounted for at the time of purchase. A service fee of SGD40 will be charged should you require us to deliver and collect the items for you.

No. Any product installed will not be refunded/exchanged. Our sales representative will be more than willing to advise prior to purchase.

Product might vary in colour and size slightly due to manufacturing processes. The best advice is to always check with our sales representatives and do a final inspection before installation at your place.

Do assure the products you’ve purchased from us do carry an official warranty unless stated otherwise. If so, follow the brand's instructions to register your products under warranty.

Warranty stated here is only valid for customers who bought ‘OttO’ products from our showroom or from their authorised distributors.

After purchase, please fill up your warranty card and mail the half titled ‘To be mailed to OttO Customer Care Centre’ to us with an affixed stamp.

Ensure the other half titled ‘customer’s copy’ is filled up and retained together with your original proof of purchase.

1. OttO’s limited warranty is only valid with the presentation of a warranty card and receipt to the servicemen on the day of repair.

2. ​OttO Warranty covers the following only:​

OttO Mixer faucets - 5 years^ for cartridge

OttO Cold faucets – 2 years^ for cartridge

OttO Water closets – 10 years^ on flushing mechanism*

^2 years free on site service and parts replacement. Thereafter, a SGD80 transport and service charge is applicable.
*Warranty is not covered for damages to flushing mechanisms due to use of toilet bowl cleaning tablets.

3. OttO warranty is valid for residential installations in Singapore only.​​

4. Warranty is only valid if the warranty card presented is valid, registered (mailed and  received by OttO Customer Care Centre) and dated according to the invoice issued. Warranty is only valid for above stated time period from date of delivery.

5. New replacements do not carry a new warranty

6. OttO’s warranty do not extend to Defects caused by inappropriate installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, natural calamities or other acts of vandalism not-stated otherwise, onto your purchased OttO product. Faults/damage due to lack of care of product such as contamination of strainers, aerators, dirt & lime scale. Loss or Damage to household fittings/furniture due to loss of use, malfunction, defect and leakage from OttO products.

7. Any part of the product that is dismantled, changed, modified and/or repaired on by other vendors/persons other than an authorised technician or agents of OttO will have the warranty deemed voice.

8. Hupfarri reserve the right to amend any part of its warranty services and terms at its own discretion.

1. 2024 BIG SALE (“Promotion”) is available for in-store purchases for period stated clearly on each page of 2024 BIG SALE booklet. (“Promotion Period”). All 2024 BIG SALE promotions will end on 30 June 2024.

1. Order value are subjected to prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST), after OMSV.

2. OMSV is only valid for purchase of retail priced items and bundled packages listed on and through Lazada and Shopee platforms.

3. OMSV can only be used once per transaction per household address.

4. The 50HUPF1000 OMSV can be applied when order value is above $1000.

5. The 100HUPF1500 OMSV can be applied when order value is above $1500.

6. OMSV is not applicable for past purchases.

7. Products purchased with 50HUPF1000, 100HUPF1500 are not refundable or exchangeable, unless agreed otherwise.

1. #hellohupfarri Photo Submission Lucky Draw is hosted by Hupfarri Bathroom and Kitchen Gallery Pte Ltd ("Hupfarri") on their socials account namely Instagram and Facebook.
2. The Lucky Draw will happen from October 2023 to December 2023 with notification of winners on the 5th of every subsequent month.
3. Verfication checks will be carried out after the winner is selected to ensure that they have purchased the product from Hupfarri's stores.
4. All photo submissions are to feature completed renovation works to qualify for the contest.
5. Cut-off date for photo submissions will be the last day of each month.
6. For users whose accounts are private, users must send a screenshot of the post to Hupfarri's social accounts to qualify for the contest.
7. By submitting photos to #hellohupfarri, this gives Hupfarri the right to use the photos for marketing purposes or to repost onto our socials pages.

1. This special offer (“offer”) provides Rheem XWell Slim 20 Litres model (“XS-20”) with basic installation service.
2. This offer is only valid with purchase of XS-20.
3. The basic installation service covers the removal of existing storage heater and installation of XS-20 only for suitable set-ups where existing piping aligns with the piping required for XS-20.
