Shipping and Delivery


Hupfarri currently only provides delivery within Singapore on all orders made and international shipping is not available.

All orders are being handled by our own delivery fleet. Upon order acceptance, you will be contacted for confirmation of delivery date and your order will be dispatched within 3 days from our warehouse. Our delivery team will call one hour before arriving at the provided delivery address.

Pickup from Store

If you have chosen for pickup from store, you will be informed that order is ready for pickup upon order acceptance. Following which, you can then head down to 17 Ubi Crescent S408576 to pickup your order.

Please note that your order will not be ready if you head down to collect prior to us informing you. For cash and carry of smaller items (e.g. taps, spray sets, accessories, etc.), do head straight down to our physical stores and make a direct purchase.

Carry-up Services

Carry-up Service is required for delivery to any location above ground floor without direct, unobstructed lift access. This includes carrying products up any flight of stairs within apartments or landed property or housing estates where lift services are not available on every floor.

Carry-up service is charged at $20 per every non-lift accessible floor. You may arrange for a carry-up service during delivery scheduling and payment for the service can be made in cash on day of delivery or through bank transfer prior to the delivery date.

Hupfarri reserves the right to refuse carry-up service if payment has not been made. In such a case, you have the option to self-carry the products but Hupfarri will not be liable for any damages incurred.

Receipt of Items
On delivery of products, customer or 3rd party (whom are appointed by the customer for sign-off) shall inspect that items delivered are in good condition and items ordered have all been accounted for. Upon signing of delivery order, it is understood that conditions of goods are within accepted level of the customer.

In the event that you cannot be present to receive the item, please reschedule the delivery or provide instructions for the team to leave it in a safe place. In such a case, our delivery team will do item checks and will provide photo proof that items has been dropped off.  Please note that upon drop off, we are not liable for the product.
